Responsibilities
- Assessing patient health status and implementing appropriate nursing interventions
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting any changes in condition to the medical team
- Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educating patients and their families on disease prevention and self-care techniques
- Maintaining accurate patient records and updating medical charts
Qualification
- Valid nursing degree and license
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Staff Nurse
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
