Hotel Restaurant Staff

Job Description

We are currently seeking Hotel Restaurant Staff to join our team in Sweden. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and a high-quality dining experience for our guests. These positions require a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing a high level of customer service
  • Assist with menu planning and preparation, ensuring that all dishes are of high quality and meet guest expectations
  • Ensure that the restaurant is clean and organized at all times, including table settings, dining areas, and service stations
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure that all food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager

Qualification

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in hospitality or culinary arts preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
