Hotel Receptionist

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Hotel Receptionist to join our team in Sweden. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This position requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere
  • Assist guests with their luggage, transportation, and other needs as required
  • Provide information about the hotel and surrounding area, including recommendations for dining and activities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries and requests promptly
  • Manage guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs using hotel software
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and other public areas of the hotel
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager

Qualification

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English , both written and spoken
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer programs
  • Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred, but not required
