Guest Relation Manager

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Guest Relations Manager to join our team in Sweden. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service throughout their stay. This position requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team of employees.


  • Oversee the daily operations of the guest relations department, including managing a team of employees
  • Develop and implement guest service strategies to enhance the guest experience and improve guest satisfaction
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor guest feedback and online reviews, responding to comments and making necessary improvements
  • Train and mentor guest relations staff, ensuring that they are knowledgeable about the hotel and the surrounding area
  • Collaborate with other departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage, to ensure that guest needs are met
  • Maintain accurate guest records, including guest preferences and special requests
  • Monitor guest room availability and handle guest room assignments and upgrades as needed
  • Participate in budget planning and financial forecasting for the guest relations department
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager


  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a related field required; additional education or training in customer service or management preferred
  • Prior experience in guest relations, hotel management, or a similar role required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to handle and resolve conflicts in a professional and diplomatic manner
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer programs
