Fruit Picker
Job Description
We are currently seeking Fruit Pickers to work on our farm in Sweden. The successful candidates will be responsible for harvesting a variety of fruits, such as strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries, in a timely and efficient manner. This position requires the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, as well as the physical stamina to pick fruit for extended periods.
Responsibilities
- Harvest fruit using proper picking techniques and tools
- Sort and pack fruit according to quality standards
- Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor or farm manager
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety regulations and guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or farm manager
Qualification
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Previous experience in fruit picking or farming is preferred, but not required
