Bell Attendant

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Bell Attendant to join our team in Sweden. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests with their luggage, as well as providing excellent customer service throughout their stay. The Bell Attendant will work closely with the Front Desk and other hotel departments to ensure that guest requests are met in a timely and efficient manner.


  • Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with their luggage
  • Deliver and retrieve luggage to and from guest rooms, ensuring that all luggage is properly tagged and accounted for
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, including offering information and assistance with hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation
  • Escort guests to their rooms and provide a brief orientation to the room and hotel facilities
  • Work closely with other hotel departments, including the Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Engineering, to ensure guest requests are met in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the baggage storage area and lobby entrance
  • Provide assistance with valet parking and shuttle service as needed
  • Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures related to luggage handling and guest services
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager


  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a Bell Attendant or in a similar position in the hospitality industry is preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and welcoming personality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to handle and lift heavy luggage, up to 50 pounds
  • Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
