
Bartender
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team in Sweden. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide variety of beverages to our customers. The Bartender will work closely with other staff members to ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and a memorable experience.
Responsibilities
- Mix and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Ensure that all beverages are prepared according to established recipes and standards
- Provide recommendations to customers based on their preferences and the availability of ingredients
- Stock and maintain bar inventory, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies
- Clean and maintain bar area, including equipment and glassware
- Handle cash and credit card transactions, and maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Ensure that all guests are of legal drinking age and comply with established policies and procedures
- Work closely with other staff members to ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and a memorable experience
- Attend to guest requests and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager
Qualification
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar position in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Extensive knowledge of a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as mixology techniques and trends
- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and welcoming personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, while maintaining a positive attitude
- Ability to lift and carry heavy loads, including kegs and cases of liquor
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
