Animal Farm Worker
Job Description
We are currently seeking Animal Farm Workers to join our team in Sweden. The successful candidates will be responsible for caring for our farm animals, ensuring their health and welfare, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for them. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for working with animals.
Responsibilities
- Feeding, watering, and caring for farm animals in a safe and humane manner, such as cows, pigs, sheep, and goats
- Monitoring and maintaining the health and well-being of the animals, including administering medication when necessary
- Cleaning and maintaining animal living areas, including pens, barns, and stables
- Assisting with breeding and birthing of animals
- Operating and maintaining farm equipment as needed
- Reporting any issues or concerns to the supervisor or farm manager
- Following all safety regulations and guidelines
- Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor or farm manager
Qualification
- Prior experience working on an animal farm is preferred, but not required
- A passion for working with animals and a willingness to learn new skills
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate in English or Swedish
